The Sokka Project

Hi there. My name is Dasho - and this is my project.

I am an amateur developer who works on systems engineering. This particular page (the root) is purely just for explanation and communication. If you are interested in a project - please navigate to the relevant site for that project. All relevant links are listed below.

rules@Sokka

The global rules are very plain and simple.

Make sure to understand and follow the Terms of Use.

Nothing Illegal
(If you have to ask, it’s not allowed)
Nothing Gross
(Same rule applies)
No Child Sex Abuse Material No Gore
No Guns No Animal Stuff
No Drugs No Pics of Poop

Break these rules and you will be denied access to my services. It doesn’t get much simpler than that, now does it?

Open Source Servicing

As you explore my services, you will notice that they are all open source and available at my GitHub. Open source (and for the most part free) software is great! They provide funtionality and education, and if it is self-hostable, a safer environment for your consumers. Goodbye data companies - hello freedom! (Okay jeez that was just a little hippie of me - I apologise)

host@Sokka

Dashed Droplets (formally Dashed Hosting) is (maybe) the world’s only free VPS service. It isn’t exceptionally reliable… or powerful… but it’s safe, anonymous, and free forever. It comes with everything you need to get started (including root access) and its infrastructure is growing all the time. We hope to make it better and easier for people to get the services they want.

code@Sokka

Powered by Gitbucket, and modified by myself, this git service is a nice ground for people to collaborate on projects and backup code. It also offers all the usual features of GitHub and the like. The trick with code@Sokka is that everything is encrypted using the same asymmetric encryption schemes as Keybase (with necessary modifications for cross-client compatibility).

learn@Sokka

For those of you who are proper nutters and want to be the ultimate amount of secure… then this is for you. This is a Whonix guide for those who are truly paranoid. Complete anonymity. Complete security. Short of using Qubes as your primary OS or having to get another whole pc just for darknet, this is the best you can get.

chat@Sokka

The chattiest chat of darkweb (I can’t see that tagline catching on).

Are you looking for a fun - stress free, user friendly - totally secret awesome badass cool darkweb chat? That’s such a coincidence, because that’s what this is.

upload@Sokka

Dashed Uploads is a free (like all my products) file uploader and pastebin. You can use it to anonymously share files, code, or messages. Have fun. :)

share@Sokka

Curious Comments is a minimalist, open source online pastebin where the server has zero knowledge of pasted data. Data is encrypted/decrypted in the browser using 256 bits AES.
